Packdir provides a platform for users to create, configure, and deploy "AI Experts" (Agents) using their own documents and configurations. You acknowledge that:
- AI-Generated Content: Content produced by Agents is generated by artificial intelligence. Such output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. Packdir does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any Agent output.
- User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any output generated by an Agent before relying on it for any professional, legal, or financial purpose.
3. User Content and Ownership
- Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the documents and configurations you upload to Packdir.
- License Grant: By uploading content, you grant Packdir a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service and providing the requested AI functionality.
- Data Usage: Packdir will not use your private documents to train its base models unless you explicitly opt-in or such usage is required to provide the requested Service.
4. Subscription & Fees
Access to certain features requires a subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all recurring subscription cycles until you cancel your subscription through your account settings.

- Generate, upload, or promote content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, including but not limited to, using our Agents to generate prohibited or malicious content.

- As-Is Basis: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." PACKDIR EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
- Liability Cap: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PACKDIR'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO PACKDIR IN THE 6 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
